§First schedule and meet with a Zynda Custom Homes Representative to discuss your plans for a remodel, addition, or new home.

§Zynda Custom Homes will send you a Scope or Work that, you the home owner can review (adding or deleting items as necessary).

§  Once the scope of work is approved Zynda Custom Homes will schedule with the home owner, at the home owners convenience, a selections day. This day will consist of picking out various items at local vendors around Naples, Fl. This stage can also be done with a designer as well.

§  Then with client approval, Zynda Custom Homes will meet vendors at the perspective job to go over work needed to be done. This allows Zynda Custom Homes to obtain exact measurements for pricing from vendors.

§  Finally Zynda Custom Homes will then compile the numbers to give you the Home Owner an actual Estimate for the scope of work. This number will include permitting, insurance, and any selections that were made. Our staff works hard to obtain all numbers in advance so there are no surprises later.
